I have a few ablums that I have acquired over the years. When CDs became popular in the 80s and 90s, I played my albums less and less. But I recently received an Ion USB Turntable that allows me to rip mp3s from my albums. As I started playing and ripping the albums, it brought back a lot of memories. So I plan to blog about each ablum in my collection as I play and rip it.
I am your average midwest suburbanite who graduated from high school in 1983, so of course most of the music will be top 40 material from the 80s and 90s. But I also spent a few years on the east coast and acquired a taste for alternative and progressive music (which was slow to reach the midwest), so there is plenty of that as well.
I'll start off alphabetically, but can't gaurantee I'll continue that. I may have to skip around and pick some good albums instead of what shows up in the beginning of the alphabet.
